How to handover license to your clients?

Many of our clients are developers / agencies. They not only develop sites on behalf of their clients but buy licenses for themes, plugins, etc. as well.
So this post would explain how developers / agencies can handover the license and HelpDesk account.

 

Step 1. Deregister License from existing account.
Visit this URL where you or even your client can do this easily.

Step 2. Reset Brainstorm account in backend of WordPress site.

  1. Go to Brainstorm Menu in your WordPress backend
  2. In the address bar, add &author at the end of URL
  3. Click on Reset Site button and that’s it!

Now your client can register again as a fresh user, create his own account, register the license and request support get in touch with us directly when she needs it.
