Unfortunately, we don’t have any developer license at this moment and every very new project (website) requires a new purchase.
Actually, this is something out of our control since the licenses and legal things are handled by Envato market and we as developers, just develop and support our products. At this moment, Envato offers 2 license types and both of them requires a new purchase for new project.
